About Us

In honor of my dearly beloved mother, Queen Oluyele Emily Sebolatan, who was violently attacked in 2001; which resulted in a traumaumatic head injury. This experience adversely impacted her: mentally, socially, emotionally, physically; to the extent that her speech was impaired. Thankfully, she survived, because of the well rounded care she frequently receives from her family members, including her beloved husband, His Royal Highness, Oloja Afolabi Samuel Sebolatan, and child, Mrs. Susan Bodunde, a board certified Registered Nurse, and a public health personnel, the founder of this noble NGO. She has applied herself alongside top notch medical wherewithal to ensure that optimum health care (therapies and rehabilitation services) were utilized to ensure that her mother’s rehabilitation process are optimized. Some of the post trauma care she has been privileged to receive include: speech therapy, physical therapy, just to name a few. Mama’s accessibility to all the aforementioned resources, it’s a huge pointer that with love, and compassion, the world around us can be made a perfect place for people to be transformed; having a fulfilled and holistic life. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that all people irrespective of their race, and gender are cared for, protected, educated, and feel the love of God. There is strong evidence that suggests that poverty can be directly related to poor health outcomes. Poor health outcomes lead to reduction in educational outcomes for children, poor nutrition, low productivity in the adult workforce, and unstable economic growth in a population, community, or nation. As a result of the lack of resources in many aspects of life for people in Nigeria and the African continent, at large, to make life more meaningful. Hence, the inception of Oluyele Mercy Foundation International (OMFI) to give hope to the hopeless.

Vision

Life with faith to eradicate poverty with the Love of God. Giving hope that has been lost to the: widows, fatherless, jobless, geriatric population, and for medical missions to medical facilities. Partnering with several non-profit entities around the world, with the vision to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This can only be achieved by reaching out and helping the less privileged and marginalized community members. Ultimately, fostering transformation, by seeking justice for the oppressed and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God.
